5주째 과제 - YouTube 영상 Summary...

다음 수업 과제로 아래 동영상 링크를 보내주면서 내용 써머리와 의견 교환을 할 예정이라고 했다.

동영상에 영어 자막도 없고 해서...내용 받아적고 써머리 하는데에 몇번이나 반복해서 돌려보고 해야 했지만, 이 아저씨의 발음이 나름 듣기 편해서 몇번 듣다 보니 쉽게 내용이 파악 되는 편이었던것 같다.

Most of business start as a hobby. Apple and Dell also they start their business from own garbage. We are start and able to make supplemental income like a part time job. And then, after the business is growing up, we can change it to full time job and hire some employee.

1.     Online Teaching
The demand is getting higher and we can have the chance to spread this business to the worldwide country. Basically, Math, English and History is required skill. Average hourly rate in North America is $22/hour and if you have specialized skill, it can be applied to $35-45/hour.
  To start this business, good computer, strong Internet and web cam with mic is necessary gadget to make good business.

2.     Video Editing
One of the tops of most in demand skill in 2022 is video editing. Video marketing and YouTube are growing exponentially so the opportunity for growth is literally limitless. For this business, Final cut pro X and Adobe premiere is required skills. You can learn the video editing skills with the charge of $15~18/hours for basic and $35~50/hour for advanced. But this business is required Strong computer, Power graphics card and External hard drive.

3.     Virtual Assistant
A lot of busy entrepreneurs and business owners are need some help and support to managing their schedule, emails and all kinds of details of the daily life. To start this business, high proficiency with computers & Internet and strong communication skills are required. The average pay for virtual assistant in North America is $20~30/hour and if higher and specialized skills are required like bilingual or more, it could earn up to $40~75/hour high. It needs to market yourself with strong word of mouth marketing strategy.

4.     Bookkeeping
Online bookkeeping solutions like quick book is very difficult to share your book with someone. But if you are good with numbers and understand the basics of bookkeeping even you are far from your customer over hundred miles away, it is successful business. Because the customer feel like a reliable and invaluable to your service. It required skill is to understand the difference between a cash flow projection, a balance sheet and profit & loss statement. The average hourly rate is $22~30/hour and you probably should prepare good computer, fast Internet and bookkeeping certification.

5.     Virtual Event Concierge
These days a lot of webinar or online evens have been held. But virtual event is very difficult to coordinate and manages people’s comments, promotion and perform the event etc. So virtual event concierge solves these problems. A lot of associate in North America are need this service, so the demand is very strong. For this business, understanding Zoom webinar, Google meet and other online meeting software are required. Average hourly rate is $25~50/hour. To start this business, fast computer, fiber optic internet, extra internet line, great webcam and great microphone are necessary. 

6.     YouTube Channel Manager
When your YouTube channel is growing up, you may feel it is very difficult to managing everything like uploading video, feed back a lot of comments and taking care of the entire channel. So, many YouTuber are requiring YouTube Channel Manager these days. To be YouTube Channel Manager, deep knowledge of YouTube studio and very detail oriented are required skill. Average hourly rate is $33/hour basically, but if the channel is very large, it could be earning up to $75/hour. Fast computer, fiber optic Internet and external hard drive is required to start this business. 

7.     Social Media Manager
A lot of medium sized business in North America has their social media. But they are struggling to manage their social media. So, business owners interested in hiring someone to take care of it. Deep knowledge of social media sites and each plat form and strong communication skills are required for this business. Average hourly rate of social media manager is $23/hour median and over $35/hour for a specialist. Good computer, fast Internet and good communication skills are required to get started this business.

8.     Facebook or Google Ads Manager
To promote some business or products, small businesses have not enough budget to hiring agency or volume to be hiring someone in their house. So, those company want to use Facebook or Google Ads management service. Google Ads Certified and Facebook Ads manager expert are required skill to make better business. Average hourly rate is $20~35/hour, but if you achieve some target, you can negotiate the bonus to them. Good computer and fast Internet are necessary to start this business.

9.     Mobile Laundry Services
This business is the service of pickup, washing and return to my house for dirty laundry. These days no longer the people need dry cleaning but the laundry stacking up and someone needs to do it. To start this business, washing & dryer machine and impeccable folding technique are required. You can earn $2~3/pound average and offer weekly or monthly rate for customers.

10.  Healthy Meals delivery
Childcare like soccer practice, helping homework with housework chores are very hard to parents and preparing meal also difficult to setting up perfectly as they want. If you have good cooking skills and have a great kitchen, this business has opportunity to earn $100~200 easily per day. In America, $8~9 per each meal is average rate. 

11.  Pet Sitting & Walking
A lot of people raise pet these days. So, they need help the pet sitting & walking while they at work or away from home. The average rate of this business is $20~40/day at customer’s home and $75~85/day in your house. Walking service’s average rate is $15~30 per 30 minutes.

12.  VIP Respite Care for Boomers
A lot of baby boomers are becoming over 75 years old and they are rich. They going to need help and support around their house like medication and shopping etc. You need check with your local government in the United States because each state has different regulation of this business. $16~18/hour is average rate and VIP service is $35/hour. This business is required reliable car, pleasant disposition and lots of patience because it is highly personal life service.
